the Bolted Book, featuring the first exact copy of Fortunato Depero’s 1927 masterpiece of graphic design and bookmaking—Depero Futurista. This historic facsimile—hailed by de Volkskrant in Amsterdam as “the most beautiful publication of the year”—was published in 2017 by Designers & Books in collaboration with the Center for Italian Modern Art in New York and the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto, Italy.
